 We pack every crystal with love, care, and extra protective wrapping to ensure your safe arrival.

 Please read our shipping policy below to understand how and when your order ships.

● Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within [1 to 3] business days (Monday through Friday).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

● Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Australia Post Standard tracked shipping (3-5) business days $13.00 • Free if you spend $100 or more

Australia Post Express tracked shipping (2-3) business days $21.00

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to postal carrier volumes or weather.

● Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

● Damages and Breakage

Crystals are fragile. We take extreme care in wrapping your stones with bubble wrap and sturdy boxes.

If your crystal arrives damaged or broken, please take a photo of the damaged item and the box it arrived in.

Contact us at "Contact us form on the website or facebook" within 12 hours of delivery.

We will review your claim and send a replacement or issue a store credit.

● International Shipping

We ship to Australia only at this stage. We aim to change this in the future.
